Crown9 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to Crown9, an online betting and entertainment platform dedicated to Malaysian players. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Crown9 ("Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Crown9 platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other medium — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

To access the full Crown9 platform, you are required to register a valid account. The following eligibility criteria and registration rules apply to all users:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Crown9 reserves the right to request identification documents for age verification purposes at any time.
• You must be Malaysian residents or a valid Malaysian citizen. The Crown9 platform is dedicated to the Malaysian market.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and an active email address.
• A Crown9 account is intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other party.
• Crown9 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration application without having to provide a reason.

Crown9 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Crown9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 10 and the minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and RM 200,000 for VIP Platinum accounts. Crown9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

Crown9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal can be made:

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus carries a different rollover (wagering) requirement, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 15x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 1,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity Period: All Crown9 bonuses carry a set expiry date, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current one has been completed or has expired.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games or categories. Please check the terms of each promotion before claiming it.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the Crown9 bonus system – including the use of multiple accounts, placing opposing bets (arbitrage), or any other method deemed fraudulent – will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

All bets placed on the Crown9 platform are subject to the following rules. It is the user's responsibility to understand these rules before placing any bet:

• Final Bet: Once a bet is confirmed by the crown9 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended except under specific circumstances as determined by Crown9.
• Technical Error: In the event of a technical issue during betting – including connection interruptions or system errors – Crown9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the funds to the user's account.
• Incorrect Odds: Crown9 reserves the right to void and reject any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error, whether before or after the result has been announced.
• Football Betting: For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football matches, all betting outcomes are based on official results announced by the relevant governing body, including extra time and penalties where applicable.
• Badminton & E-Sports Betting: Crown9 covers BWF badminton championships and major esports tournaments. All betting outcomes will be based on official results announced by the respective governing body.

Crown9 users are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner towards the platform and other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:

• Use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any automation tool for playing or betting
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Live Casino games or Sports Betting
• Money laundering through the Crown9 platform or any activity that contravenes Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws
• Providing false information, falsifying identity, or using another person's credit card or e-wallet without authorisation
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of Crown9's systems
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or circumvent platform restrictions
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about Crown9 on social media platforms or any other media

The security of your Crown9 account is a shared responsibility between Crown9 and its users. Crown9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions. Users are responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone
• Using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Promptly notify the Crown9 support team if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Ensuring you log out of your Crown9 account when using a shared device
• Avoid accessing your Crown9 account over unsecured public WiFi networks

Crown9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own login credentials. All activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you immediately report an account breach to Crown9.

Crown9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Multiple account registrations by the same user
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Crown9 support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method used by the user, subject to the necessary investigation and verification.

Crown9 provides an online betting and entertainment platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Crown9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the Crown9 platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms or irresponsible use of the platform
• Third-party content or links that may appear on the platform

Crown9 takes the privacy and personal data protection of all users seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Crown9 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and in compliance with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws, Crown9 reserves the right to request the following identity verification documents at any time:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of address (recent bank statement or utility bill)
• A bank statement or e-wallet screenshot to verify your payment method
• Any other supporting documents deemed necessary by Crown9

Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until the KYC process is completed.

Crown9 is deeply committed to responsible betting and the well-being of its members. We provide a range of tools and support to help users who may be experiencing difficulties with their betting habits:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Crown9 account settings to help manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period. Once this limit is reached, the Crown9 system will automatically prevent any further betting.
• Play Break: You can activate a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days if you feel you need a break from betting.
